Special Financing Alternative


Soteria Risk provides an option that allows us to provide all of our Consulting and Technology services to clients with little to no current budgetary impact.  Our solution takes much of the financial approval process pain out of an engagement and allows us to begin work almost immediately.


Our recommendation to all clients is to have Soteria Risk conduct a thorough claims analysis on a selected group of large Workers’ Compensation claims as an initial part of our engagement.  In our analysis, we are able provide insight into the ways risk managers and financial executives can lower their cost of risk and improve operational effectiveness.  In addition, we work with the claims administrator to design the high level claims reports that will appear on a scheduled basis in ERMView. 


As part of this claims analysis, Soteria Risk will bill each claim file reviewed a medical case management review fee of $2,000 that will appear on that claim file as an Allocated Loss Adjustment Expense.  The company has already set aside substantial funds to pay these claims and no invoices will be presented to the client that would normally be paid from your current operating budget.  In every instance, we would expect our findings in this claims analysis to result in a better financial claims and risk management outcome that would exceed the amount spent on our entire service offerings.
